Treatment plan information can be removed (marked in error) at any time by any user. Removing a treatment plan has no affect on staging information.
1. If you haven't already, go to the Staging/Treatment Plan module and click the link for the tumor type. Or click the link from the tumor type from the Onc Staging module on the Summary page.
2. Click Error Plan.
Note: If a plan set as final is errored and there was a finalized note associated with the plan, the note is automatically set to an errored out status.
3. If you want to save your work now, click Sign (F10). The LMR indicates the changes that will be saved. Type your key and click Sign.
Note: Currently, if you error out a treatment plan saved as Final, you should also error out the associated note created for that plan.
