1. If you haven't already, go to the Schedule.
2. Select the visit date you want to print.
3. Click Print Reports. The LMR redisplays the schedule list with check boxes to the left of each patient name.
4. Select the custom report option, using
the in the upper left. If you want
to include a visit note with each patient report, click either Include Last Visit Note or Include This Visit Note.
If you choose to do so, you can also exclude visit notes from other
practices or providers by clicking My
Practice Only or Scheduled
MD's note only.
Note: The icon
displays next to any patients who are Patient Gateway users. These
patients can access the Visit Summary from the Patient Gateway application
and may not require printed copies of the form to be sent to them.
5. Select the patient or patients you want to include. Also click the associated check box to sort patients by medical record number (MRN), name, or date/time, if desired.
6. Click Set Print Queue.
7. Go to the Admin menu and select Print Reports Queue.
8. Click Print to Default to print your default printer. Or to print to any other available printer, click Print to Other Printer. For details, click here.
Important:
Information from LMR reports is
confidential material and must be handled and disposed of appropriately.
Note: Visit Summary Reports printed from the schedule list do not include Spanish translations. To include Spanish translations, individually print Visit Summary Reports from the Reports menu (or from the Popup or right-click menu).
