1. If you haven't already, go to the Schedule.
2. Click Print Reports. The LMR redisplays the schedule list with check boxes to the left of each patient name.
3. Click Add Patient. The LMR displays a dialog box for finding the patient or patients you want to print.
4. Type the medical record number or name and click Search (or press the ENTER key). The LMR adds the name of that patient to the top of the schedule list. If this is not the patient you want to print, click the check box preceding the patient name to clear it.
5. To add additional patients to be printed, repeat the previous step.
6. Select the report option, using the in the upper left. If you want to include a visit note with each patient report, click either Include Last Visit Note or Include This Visit Note. If you choose to do so, you can exclude visit notes from other practices or providers by clicking My Practice Only or Schedule MD's note only.
7. Click Set Print Queue.
8. Go to the Admin menu and select Print Reports Queue.
9. Click Print to Default to print your default printer. Or to print to any other available printer, click Print to Other Printer. For details, click here.
