Note: With the November '12 release, the Previsit Form has been replaced by Custom Forms. Although you can still use this module to print the Previsit Form you had previously set as your default, you can no longer update this form. You should create new forms to replace your old Previsit Forms, using the Custom Visit Forms module. To print new forms, see Printing Patient Forms.
The Previsit Form option from the Reports menu allows users to collect information from patients while they are waiting for their visits. These forms are integrated with the LMR, and include currently recorded information on the form for review and correction by the patient in an easy to use manner.
The Previsit Form will allow providers to collect data normally collected during the visit, and as a result will save time and add value to the visit by allowing the physician and patient to maximize their time together.
Previsit Forms can be printed either individually or in batch from the Schedule screen. They can also be printed by the patient from the Patient Gateway application. When printed individually, you can choose to suppress specific information from report printouts by clearing the check box to the left of the item name.
Note: Information provided by the patient on the Previsit Form will need to be entered into the LMR by appropriate clinical staff members (MDs, NPs, RNs, and so on). The steps for doing so will vary by practice.
