The My Patient List module allows you to work with various types of patient lists to help you work more efficiently in the LMR. With a patient list you can quickly switch between patients without having to look up each individually. Additionally, you can complete certain tasks such as generating reports and creating letters for multiple patients (using note templates) directly from this screen.
The My Patient Module includes three filter links at the top of the screen: My, Practice, and Reminders.
My - The My filter allows you to access to your personal patient lists or create new lists.
Practice - The Practice filter allows you access to patient lists saved as shared lists by you or your colleagues.
Reminders - The Reminders filter allows you to access lists of patients with and without active reminders. These lists help you meet the requirements of Meaningful User criteria, providing a method to communicate overdue reminders directly to patients. These lists must be system generated using the Reports Central application. For additional information, see Working with Patient Reminders.
