Opening a Second LMR Session

To open a second LMR session, do not use either of the following methods:

• Keyboard shortcut CTRL+N

• New > Window option from the File menu

Caution: Use of these methods could allow clinical data to be filed to the incorrect patient chart.

Instead, open a second LMR session using either of the following methods:

• If on a PHS workstation, go to Partners Applications from the Start menu

• Otherwise, click the link for LOTI or the LMR URL.
