Select All if you want to use this custom distribution list for sending out either clinical messages or other LMR e-mail. Otherwise, select an option to limit the use of this custom paragraph accordingly. For example, if you select Clinical Messages list, this distribution list does not show up as an option at the List field when sending a note via e-mail from Notes or Document Management.
