Module Shortcuts  

There are icons that display in the upper right corner of the Webshell to indicate when you have data waiting in your work queues. An icon will only display if:

• There is data in the queue for that module.

• The feature is enabled in Custom Preferences. You have the option of choosing which icons you want to display.

Click an icon to go directly to that module. When you place your mouse cursor over each icon, a tooltip displays information about the data in that module's queue.

• Clinical Messages (CM) -

  A number displays to the left of the icon to indicate the number of new or unread messages waiting for you in the Clinical Messages queue.

• Result Manager -

  A set of numbers display to the left of the icon to indicate the total/abnormal results in Result Manager. For example, 14/13 indicates a total of 14 results, 13 of which are abnormal.

• Referral Manager -

  When you place your mouse cursor over this icon, it identifies it as Referrals, and you can click it to go to the Referral Management module if there is data in the Referral queue.

• Document Manager -

  A number displays to the left of the icon to indicate the total number of non-finalized (preliminary and uploaded) notes in Document Management.

• Rx Refill Queue -

  A number displays to the left of the icon to indicate the number of Rx refill requests assigned to you.
