Note: The following steps apply only if you indexed documents before scanning.
If the cover sheet was read by the LMR, but did not associate with the document, there will be a related scanned item on the list in the Scanned Documents screen, and an Associate button appears. You must associate the document and cover sheet manually. To do so:
1. Click Associate. The LMR opens the Associate Scanned Document screen containing a list of cover sheets and the image viewer.
2. Navigate to the image you want to associate by clicking Next Image until you view the appropriate image.
3. Click the radio button next to the appropriate cover sheet, and click Associate.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 as necessary.
5. Click OK to return to the Scanned Documents screen.
