1. If you haven't already, go to the Review Med List module. The patient's default pharmacy is displayed in the right-most section of the medications banner.
2. Do one of the following:
To change the patient's default pharmacy, click the drop-down list and select another pharmacy.
To add a pharmacy to this list, click New Pharmacy, and look up information by name, name and city, phone number, zip code, or mail order. Type information and click Search (or press Enter), then click the pharmacy name. Or for mail order, click Search and then click the pharmacy name.
To print pharmacy details, go to the Summary2 view. Click the check box to the left of the pharmacy name and click Print.
To delete a pharmacy from this list, go to the Summary2 view. Click the check box to the left of the pharmacy name and click Delete. The LMR displays a verification message. Click OK.
