This module displays a consolidated view of certain text-based sections from structured notes entered for the selected patient. These sections include Reason for Visit, Review of Systems, Family History, Social History, Past Medical History, History of Present Illness, Disposition and Plans, as well as all physical exam subsections.
This module shows only the most recent comment entered for any given section. That is, if a Reason for Visit section is displayed, it is the most recent one entered into the LMR.
For any of the listed entries, click the link for the section name to view the entire original note that included that section. The pop-up window also displays other notes that included updates for the section. Click Close Window to return.
