1. If you haven't already, go to the Custom Headers module.
2. Locate the header you want to edit, and click its name to display it in Edit mode.
3. Update displayed text for the header using the keyboard and the special formatting buttons.
Note: You do not need to add line spacing to separate your header and note text. Line spacing is automatically added.
4. If desired, click check boxes to update options for including patient information.
5. Click Ok (ALT+O).
6. If desired, select options for Default and Save to Modules.
7. Click Save.
Note: You cannot edit someone else's header without saving it with a new name.
