To delete an update from your
Cosignee Queue, click the
icon in the right column. Note that you can only delete updates
from your own queue (the icon does not display if you display
another user's queue). Also, you can only delete updates awaiting
approval (the icon does not display for updates awaiting acknowledgement).
Click the drop-down list at the
View another cosignee queue field, and select another user.
Note: To edit
an update by another cosignee, click the name of that update
(that is, the problem or medication name). The LMR displays
the edit form. Make changes, click Ok,
type your key, and select a cosigner. When you do so, your
name is associated with that update, not the cosignee who
originally entered it.
To add a message for the cosigner
related to any update, click the icon.
Note that this message is available to all cosigners and cosignees
for their queues. Once an update is acknowledged or approved,
these messages can no longer be viewed.
To filter updates (helpful for
a long queue), click the Auto Filter check box. The LMR displays
a criteria selector for each column header of the queue. Use
the drop-down arrow in one or more columns to filter the queue,
as desired.
