This module displays a grid of immunizations for the selected patient. Scroll down to display groupings for Immune Globulins & Antitoxins and Other. Click Pediatrics and Adult to toggle between recommended immunizations for these patient populations
The date of each dose of an immunization is listed in columns, in reverse chronological order. If the patient has had more doses of an immunization than can be displayed, arrows display in the first or last column to indicate more information is available. Click the arrow to scroll accordingly.
The word "Declined" indicates if the patient elected not to have the associated immunization.
Click the drop-down list at Guidelines to display recommendations regarding the administration of vaccinations from the CDC. Guidelines are listed by age group.
Click VIS to display Vaccine Information Statements from the CDC.
