This module displays a list of health monitoring items for the selected patient. These items are designed to keep clinicians up to date on the status of factors that can positively influence good health and preventive care.
Note: Health monitoring items are organized
into logical sections. Click the 
to the left of any section name to expand it or click the 
to
collapse it.
The LMR displays the most recent values recorded for each health monitoring item along with the associated recording dates. Items are displayed from a variety of sources, including other LMR modules (such as Notes and Immunizations) and lab values from the clinical data repository (CDR).
Note: Provider comments entered regarding a CDR lab value are indicated by a second line for the entry on the Health Monitoring grid.
The Health Monitoring module uses color coding to indicate the status of items, when appropriate. Pink highlighting indicates items that are overdue. Yellow highlighting indicates items that are almost due.
