Forwarding Results

Use the following steps to forward results to another provider. This can either be done as a courtesy notification or to move results mistakenly placed on your queue.

1.   If you haven't already, go to the Result Manager module and click a letter or letters in the CDR Results column for the desired patient.

2.   If necessary, click the text link for the result you want to forward so that the result details are displayed on the right. To forward more than one result, click each check box preceding the result category on the left.

3.   Click Forward Result. Then do any of the following:

4.   Click to indicate if you want forwarded results to remain on your queue.

5.   Edit the Note to Recipient(s) field, if desired. If you do not edit this field, the standard note is automatically included.

6.   Click Send & Acknowledge or Send w/o Acknowledge, as appropriate.
