This module displays a grid of flowsheet items based on your practice's clinical decision-making needs. For a typical practice, this module is the entry point for a patient's vital signs.
The LMR displays recent values recorded for each item along with the associated recording dates. An asterisk displays to the right of a value if more than one value was recorded for that day (for example, for multiple blood pressure readings). Click the 
in the header of the grid to see multiple entries for a single day.
Up to 7 days of values are presented at one time. To see more values, click the right scroll arrow at the bottom of the screen, as appropriate.
To change to another flowsheet, click the down arrow next to the Select Flowsheet field. Doing so changes the default flowsheet for this session and future LMR sessions. Click Show All to display entries for all flowsheets for the patient.
Note: The LMR automatically calculates the patient's BMI from recorded values for height and weight.
