Fax Prescriptions

Clicking Fax Prescriptions displays the following options:

• Send Fax - Sends the prescription to the patient's default pharmacy. (The patient's default pharmacy is selected from either the Medications module or Summary2.)

• Cancel - Cancels the transmittal.

• Change Pharmacy - Changes the default pharmacy for this transmittal only. Click a pharmacy name to change and then click Send Fax.

• Pharmacy Info - Displays details for the default pharmacy.

Note: If the fax transmittal fails, you will still have the opportunity to print the prescription.
