End Date

For each medication or nonmedication, the End Date defaults to today's date. You can either accept this date or change it to a date in the past. The following rules apply and you will receive error messages if these conditions are not satisfied.

• The End Date cannot be future dated and must be less than or equal to today's date.

• The End Date must be greater than or equal to the Start Date.

Note: The date you enter will be reflected for all the End Date fields on the LMR application screens and applicable reports.
