1. If you haven't already, go to the Custom Care Teams module.
2. Locate the care team you want to edit, and click its name. The LMR displays name contained in that care team.
3. Do one of the following:
To add a name from your practice, click a name on the left to select it, and then click the >> button (you can also double-click the name). You can add up to 10 members on a care team.
Note: If the location you are currently logged into is a subset, you can click Entire Practice to expand the available names to all users in all subsets for that practice. This option is disabled if there are no other subsets.
To remove a name from the care team members on the right, click a name to select it, and then click the << button (you can also double-click the name).
4. Click Save.
5. Click Save.
