Staging and treatment plan information can be edited only by the user who entered the information for plans saved as Draft, or by any user for plans saved as Preliminary. Plans saved as Final cannot be edited.
1. If you haven't already, go to the Staging/Treatment Plan module and click the link for the tumor type. Or click the link from the tumor type from the Onc Staging module on the Summary page.
2. To edit staging information, update text and selections as appropriate. For details, see Adding Staging Information.
3. To edit treatment plan information, update text and selections as appropriate.
To remove a diagnosis, click to select the entry and click Remove. If there is an associated regimen and chemotherapy medications, they are also removed.
To remove a regimen, click to select it and click Remove. If there are associated medications, they are also removed.
To update the chemotherapy medications for a regimen, double-click the regimen name to open the chemotherapy medications pop-up window. Then, updated medications as appropriate.

4. To print patient educational materials, click the associated link. The available resources depend on your institution.
5. To save your plan, click Draft, Prelim, or Final.
Note: The status you select applies only to the treatment plan. Staging information can be viewed or edited by any user at any time.
6. For finalized plans, if there is a default chemotherapy consent form for your practice, click Print Consent Form to print it. If you want two copies, be sure to select the appropriate option before printing.
7. If you want to save your work now, click Sign (F10). The LMR indicates the changes that will be saved. Type your key and click Sign.
