The Custom EOV Header option from the EOV Form Builder module allows you to tailor the look of forms printed from the EOV module.
The EOV form header is printed at the top of each page of your printed EOV forms. This header does not affect any other printing from any other module.
Initially, when you click the Custom EOV Header option, the LMR displays your personal EOV form headers. However, a series of filter buttons at the top of the screen can help you locate and view headers created by others. See Using Custom Filters for details. Headers created by others can be used as a basis for creating new EOV form headers.
The Module Preferences button is different than the other filter buttons. It allows you to limit the headers that are available to you when printing EOV forms. See Maintaining the Target Custom List for details.
