Adding Additional Information to Entries

Do any of the following:

• Click the next to the item to:

   -  Add comments to any item.

   -  Add units to orders or procedures.

   -  Add a future order date to one entry.

   -  Document immunization details.

   -  Document E&M level based on counseling.

   -  View patient education materials.

• Add future order dates in a batch.

• For diagnoses, click the check box next to Primary if applicable.

• For follow-up and other entries that display options to select or type additional descriptive information, enter information as applicable.
