1. If you haven't already, select the patient and go to the BMT Flowsheet module.
2. Click the cell on the grid containing the blue dashes (---) to the right of the Other Findings section for the current visit date. The flowsheet displays the Other Findings entry screen.
3. Complete fields for CMV viral load, bone marrow biopsy, and pertinent radiology findings, as applicable.
4. Click OK.
5. If you want to sign your work now, click Sign. The LMR indicates the changes that will be saved. Type your key and click Sign.
