1. If you haven't already, select the patient and go to the BMT Flowsheet module.
2. Click the cell on the grid containing the blue dashes (---) to the right of the GVHD section for the current visit date. The flowsheet displays the GVHD Scoring entry screen.
3. Complete fields for in the Acute and Chronic sections for Skin, GI, Liver, Overall Grade, CGVHD Involved Organs, and CGVHD Grade, as applicable.
4. Click OK.
5. If you want to sign your work now, click Sign. The LMR indicates the changes that will be saved. Type your key and click Sign.
