Deleting an EOV Form

1.   If you haven't already, go to the Custom EOV Form Builder module.

2.   If necessary, use the filter buttons to locate the form you want to delete. See Using Custom Filters for details.

3.   Click the check box in the first column of the form you want to delete. You can select more than one at a time.

4.   Click Delete. The LMR displays a verification message.

5.   Click Ok.
