Deleting a Care Team

1.   If you haven't already, go to the Custom Care Teams module.

2.   Click the check box in the first column of the care team you want to delete. You can delete multiple care teams at the same time.

3.   Click Delete. The LMR displays a verification message.

4.   Click OK.
