Specify the date the immunization was given. Defaults to the current date. Click the calendar symbol to display a calendar for selecting another date. If not sure of the exact date, click the Approx. check box, and type an approximate date (you can use YY, YYYY, MM/YY, MM/YYYY, or MM/DD/YYYY format). Otherwise, enter an exact date in MM/DD/YYYY format. Approximate dates include a tilde (~) before the date in the grid.
Note: You can also specify a date based on its proximity to the current date (T+ or T- a number of days). For example, to indicate tomorrow, you can type over the current date with "T+1." To indicate the day before yesterday, you can type "T-2."
