You can choose to include specific problems, medications, or allergies, or related data from any of the following categories:

• Immunizations

• Infusion flowsheet

• TNM (oncology staging) flowsheet

• Physical findings

• Health Monitoring

Note: For Physical findings and Health Monitoring items, the selection criteria can also be value-based. That is, instead of simply looking for patients who have had a cholesterol test performed, you can look for patients who have a cholesterol test result within a specified range.
