Creating a Clinical Summary Report

1.   If you haven't already, select the patient and go to the Clinical Summary Report module. The LMR displays a summary report of the current day's visit. If the LMR does not detect a visit for your practice for that day, it displays a list of visits with your practice. Click a visit to continue.

Note: If there are no visits with your practice, the LMR allows you to create a new report. Use the Visit Date field to select the date, and select the provider from the Provider Seen drop-down list. Then, click Create New.

2.   To suppress specific information from the report, click the check box to the left of the item to deselect it. Note that certain sections cannot be suppressed and do not have check boxes.

3.   To include patient educational materials, click check boxes, as applicable.

4.   To change the type size of displayed and printed reports, click icons (, , or ).

5.   Click a button to save the report as Preliminary or Save, as appropriate.

Important: Information from LMR reports is confidential material and must be handled and disposed of appropriately.
