The BTS Flowsheet provides the MGH Blood Transfusion Service (BTS) care team with an electronic tool for recording information regarding BTS procedures. Flowsheet information is available for review by other LMR users, including physicians, medical assistants, and other support staff, as necessary.
Note: Except for users logged into the MGH Blood Bank, all users have view-only access to the flowsheet.
This flowsheet contains a wide range of record and assessment information including a medication list and administration record, vital signs, labs, intake/output totals, patient assessment, as well as disposition, teaching, and nursing notes.
From the initial Infusion Flowsheet screen, you can create a new flowsheet - or if one has already been created - select to either document onto a flowsheet or edit its header.
