The BMT flowsheet provides physicians with an electronic tool for recording information regarding patient visits relating to a bone marrow transplant. Although all LMR users can view flowsheet information, only specifically authorized providers can add or enter information.
This flowsheet replaces the existing paper Hematologic Malignancies Flowsheet. It contains the same sections found on the paper flowsheet, such as Donor Information, Visit Information, Provider Information, Physical Findings, Tests, Medications, and Vital Signs. (Nurses and Medical/Clinical Assistants can enter vitals signs.)
The flowsheet itself appears as an expandable grid. The leftmost column contains section headers that can be clicked to display detail for each patient visit. A section is expanded when the arrow to the left of the section name is points up (
) and is collapsed (with information hidden) when the arrow points down (
).
A column is added to the flowsheet for each patient visit (most recent first). Up to five visits are displayed at a time. If applicable, click 
to display the next five visits, or click 
to display the previous five visits.
Note: The icon 
displays in the header for any visit that can be deleted (that is, that includes no signed data).
