1. If you haven’t already, select Add/Edit Concept from the Admin menu.
2. Select General from the Group drop-down list.
3. Find the concept to which you want to add a synonym. To narrow down the list, click a letter to display concepts beginning with the selected letter; or enter they concept name in the field to the left of the Search button, and click Find on Page.
4. Select the concept by clicking the concept name link. A new window displays with existing synonyms for that concept, if any.
5. Click the Add New link. A new blank field displays above any existing synonyms.
6. Type the new synonym in the field.
7. Click the associated check box to select any additional groups to which you want to add the concept.
8. When you are finished, click Save.
