To add a flag:
1. If you haven't already, go to the Clinical Messages module. The Active queue of either your Clinical Messages or Patient Requests displays. Select another queue, if desired.
Note: If you have the message opened, click Cancel to return to your current queue.
2. Click the icon in the Flag column for the message you wish to flag. A popup box displays.
3. Type comments (optional).
4. Click Ok (ALT+O). Flag comments display as a ToolTip if you hover your mouse pointer over the flag.
To remove a flag:
1. If you haven't already, go to the Clinical Messages module. The Active queue of either your Clinical Messages or Patient Requests displays. Select another queue, if desired.
Note: If you have the message opened, click Cancel to return to your current queue.
2. Click the in the Flag column for the associated message.
3. Click Clear, and then click Ok (ALT+O).
