Adding a Custom Subject

1.   If you haven't already, go to the Custom Subjects module.

2.   Click Add New.

3.   Type your custom subject in the Template Name field. Then, select whether you want to save your custom query to your personal list ( My List) or make it available to others within your practice ( Practice or Practice General).

4.   If desired, click Save to Modules. This option allows your custom subject to be available from the Subject field of both clinical messages and notes. You can maintain your list of available custom subjects using the Module Preferences button from the main Custom Subjects screen.

Note: The Save to Modules option only displays if you have previously maintained your target list of custom subjects.

5.   Click Save.

Note: Your changes are effective immediately. You do not need to click Sign or type your key.
