To access the action plan:
From
the Problems section of the Summary, click the 
next to any asthma entry.
From Notes, click Asthma Action Plan (for patients less than 20 years old only).
From
Problems, click the
next to any asthma entry.
From the Reports menu, select Asthma Action Plan.
