Note: The following applies only to users who access the LMR from the CAS. It is not available from the Web LMR.
The Care Tm button displays in the upper right corner of the CAS. This button is available only when you have a patient selected. Click Care Tm to open the current CAS patient's Care Team Detail page. Data is available for current MGH inpatients and patients registered at MGH in the past.
If the patient is a current MGH inpatient, you can:
View a list of Care Team members. This list includes each provider's department and role.
Access a Care Team member's PPD entry by clicking the name link.
Add and remove Care Team members.
Send an email to one or more Care Team members. This is useful when, for example, you want to communicate to Care Team members that a family meeting is scheduled or the patient is being discharged.
Print a Care Team report.
View and print a Responding Clinician History report.
If the patient is not a current MGH inpatient but was registered at MGH in the past, you have access to the Responding Clinician History report only. All other functionality is disabled.
