Select an option for the patient’s preferred form of reminder. Options include the following:
Patient Gateway (PG): Button is active if the patient has an active PG account.
Mail: Button is active if the field contains data.
Phone: Button is active if the field contains data.
Opt Out.
Note: If there is no option selected, the patient's reminder preference is listed as "no preference." Click Clear to erase any existing preferences and set to "no preference."
