1. If you haven't already, go to the Schedule.
2. Select the visit date you want to print.
3. Click Print Reports. The LMR redisplays the schedule list with check boxes to the left of each patient name.
4. Click the Last Visit Note Only option button, and select the number of visit notes that you want to include. You can also select whether you want to exclude visit notes from other practices or providers by clicking either My Practice Only or Scheduled MD's note only.
5. Select the patient or patients you want to include. Also click the associated check box to sort patients by medical record number (MRN), name, or date/time, if desired.
6. Click Set Print Queue.
7. Go to the Admin menu and select Print Reports Queue.
8. Click Print to Default to print your default printer. Or to print to any other available printer, click Print to Other Printer. For details, click here.
