Each day, the LMR automatically saves a copy of face sheet information, including the last two visit notes by the scheduled provider, for all patients scheduled for appointments on the following day. To access information in the event that the network is unavailable, the following:
1. Log on the workstation used as the failsafe device in your practice using lmrfailsafe as the user name and password. Instead of choosing Partners as the domain, choose W00#### (your computer) in the Log on to drop-down list box (where #### is the control number of the computer).
2. Navigate to the c:/failsafe/contents folder and double-click the contents folder to open it.
3. This folder typically includes two days of backup data. Double-click the folder with the desired schedule date to open it.
4. Double-click the HTML file titled [Date]_schedule_for_[Practice Abbreviation] to open it. This opens an online schedule for that date.
5. Click the provider name links to access the face sheet reports and visit notes for the patients on the provider's schedule or click the patient name links to access individual patient face sheets and visit notes. The face sheets and visit notes open in a new browser window.
6. Print the reports to a local printer, and close the browser window when finished.
7. Return to the online schedule to access additional face sheet reports and visit notes.
