Partners Enterprise Allergy Repository (PEAR)

Includes allergies that were recorded in legacy clinical applications, before the complete implementation of Digital Health eCare. Those legacy applications include BICS (BWH order entry), MGH POE (Provider Order Entry) and OnCall, the outpatient LMR (Longitudinal Medical Record), PAML (Pre-Admission Medication List), and the standalone Allergy Manager. The PEAR includes older historical information when available.
