Transfer/Discharge Report

This report displays comprehensive medication administration information for the patient, reflecting all data entered in the eMAR for the current visit. This report is useful when a patient is transferred from an eMAR floor to a non-eMAR floor. Since it includes medication administration information, it is printed and placed in the patient's medical record file as well.

• To generate the report

1. If you haven't already:

• Hold the mouse pointer over the OE/eMAR menu in the PHS Viewer, then click MGH eMAR.
• Hold the mouse pointer over the Reports option, then click Other Reports menu.
• Click to select Transfer/Discharge.

2. Click Display.

• For reports containing more than one page, click  to go to the next page or  to go to the previous page.
• To magnify the report, click the buttons.
• For a paper copy, click .
