Schedule Changes Report

This report includes changes in administration schedules, as well as missing administrations that result from those changes.

  1. If you haven't already:
  1. Click to select a care unit.
  2. By default, the report is sorted by scheduled administration date. Click to select an option from the drop-down menu to change the sorting parameter: date, medication, patient name, user, or medical record number.
  3. By default, the report is sorted in descending (Desc) order; by date shows most recent first; all other sorts are alphabetical. Click to select the Asc option to reverse the order.
  4. Click the Today or Yesterday option to select those as the report date range, or click beside the From and To fields to select the start and end dates of the desired reporting period.
  5. Click Display.
