This view from the LMR Views menu displays retail and mail order pharmacies entered in the LMR for this patient. The pharmacy indicated as the default is the one used when LMR users electronically sent prescriptions. The default pharmacy can be changed by the patient using Patient Gateway or by any provider with read/write access to the LMR.
