The LMR is now view-only, offering historical data through December 31, 2017. Check Epic for the most up-to-date results.

This view provides access to clinical data on obstetric patients documented within the LMR, if applicable. Depending on the patient, the summary may contain information for the following:

• Demographics
• Pregnancy Dating
• GTPAL Totals
• OB Summary
• OB Problems
• OB Procedures
• To Do’s
• OB Flowsheet
• OB Labs

• To display this view, hold the mouse pointer over the LMR Views menu, and then click the option for LMR OB Summary Report.
