LMR Views - LMR Flowsheet

The LMR is now view-only, offering historical data through December 31, 2017. Check Epic for the most up-to-date results.

This view from the LMR Views menu displays flowsheet information that was recorded in the LMR for the patient.

• To display this view, hold the mouse pointer over the LMR Views menu, and then click the option for LMR Flowsheet.

• To display the items for a particular flowsheet, click to select an option from the Select Flowsheet drop-down list.
• To show all available flowsheet items, click the Show All option. This includes all flowsheet entries for all locations (except for BMI values, which are calculated values).To return to the previous view, click the Back to Flowsheets All link on the right.
• To generate a paper copy of a flowsheet:

1. Select a flowsheet from the Select Flowsheet drop-down list.
2. Click the Print button.
3. Setup the print as needed, and then click the Print button for the printer setup.
4. Click to close the print preview.

• Click in the column header, which indicates that more than one value was recorded for a single day, to display all entries recorded for that day.
• For details on specific entries:

• Click the link for a value to display details.
• From the detail view, click the History button for audit information.
• To generate  paper copy, click the Print button on the History, setup the print as needed, and then click the Print button for the printer setup.
• To return to the detail view, click Close Window on the History view.
• To return to the flowsheet view, click the Cancel button on the detail view.
