Purge Previous Session Report
This report lists all eMAR sessions that have been purged by clicking the "Purge Previous Sessions" option on the pop-up box that appears when you access a patient with a saved session. In eMAR, the saved session prompt appears in the following situations:
- Same user selects another patient when there is an outstanding saved session.
- Different user selects a patient with an outstanding saved session.
- If you haven't already:
- Hold the mouse pointer over the OE/eMAR menu in the PHS Viewer, then click MGH eMAR.
- Hold the mouse pointer over the Reports option, then click Other Reports menu.
- Click to select Purge Previous Session.
- Click to select a care unit.
- By default, the report is sorted by scheduled date. Click to select an option from the drop-down menu to change the sorting parameter: date, location, user who saved, or user who purged.
- By default, the report is sorted in descending (Desc) order; by date shows most recent first; all other sorts are alphabetical. Click to select the Asc option to reverse the order.
- Click the Today or Yesterday option to select those as the report date range, or click
beside the From and To fields to select the start and end dates of the desired reporting period.
- Click Display.
- For reports containing more than one page, click
to go to the next page or
to go to the previous page.
- To magnify the report, click the
buttons.
