Amend Report

This report lists all administration amendments made via the eMAR Documentation screen, as well as second signatures added via the Second Signature button on the Administration History screen. The original field value and the new field value or values display for all amendments made in the specific time frame.

  1. If you haven't already:
  1. Click to select a care unit.
  2. By default, the report is sorted by date. Click to select an option from the drop-down menu to change the sorting parameter: date, location, user, or information amended.
  3. By default, the report is sorted in descending (Desc) order; by date shows most recent first; all other sorts are alphabetical. Click to select the Asc option to reverse the order.
  4. Click the Today or Yesterday option to select those as the report date range, or click beside the From and To fields to select the start and end dates of the desired reporting period.
  5. Click Display.
