Processing Changes for Extended Systems Authorizations

After the keygiver clicks the Apply button, a series of actions begins:

  1. Determine whether changes were made to the third party authorization data.
  2. If changes were made to the third party authorization data, confirm that the third party information was properly completed. If the form validation fails, display an error message and stop the filing process.
  3. If changes were made to the third party authorization data, and those changes are validated, submit changes to the third party database. If an error occurs during filing, display an error message and stop the filing process.
