Template Expiration and Renewal

Templates for the Account List Report criteria expire after 1.5 years if inactive through that time frame. Initially, the expiration date is set when the template is first saved. The date is automatically reset when the template is used as the criteria for any report, run by any user. The date is also reset when the template is updated, and when it is copied to create a new template.

The owner(s) of a template are notified by email, 30 days before a template is set to expire. On the expiration date, the template is automatically deleted unless used as described above, or renewed by an owner. The owner(s) are notified by email when their template is deleted. Deletion in permanent; deleted templates cannot be restores.
